Be at peace, dear Friends. Christ comforts you and guides you from His seat at the right hand of the Father. He is your witness, and the Spirit, your strength. Before time began, He wrote the story of your deliverance, and it is finished. Wait on your Author of Salvation.

Dear Lynette and Sydney,
May God bless you and keep you tonight, and let you have a peaceful night of much needed rest... Lord, please let the doctors prescribe the right medicines that will attack the viruses and heal precious Sydney... And Lord, please continue to give this family the strength, stamina and sustenance to perservere throught this battle... I know You are waiting for just the right time to perform your miracle on Sydney... Give us all patience for what we are all anxiously awaiting ... In His Name with much love, Melinda

I am thankful that the Lord has given Lynette wings to mount up and soar above this situation with such confidence. I am praying for Syndey to continue to gain "altitude" as the Lord's mighty hand lifts her up out of this low valley. Isaiah 40:29 "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
With Christ's love and mine, Cynthia

Hi again. I just wanted to let you know again how much you are being prayed for, and I also wanted to say what an encouragement your family is for others. Your faith is so strong and the faith God has given you is an encouragement to others in their walk with Him, even to others that you have never met. I hope Sydney starts to feel much better soon and that you continue to stay strong. I pray that the Lord would deliver you all from this and that the upcoming weekend would be better than the last week!

Hello Sweet Thweatts,
We are continuing in prayer for your family. Please let us know of anything that can help. I wondered if you all might have any need for Advantage miles for airline tickets, if that would help at all- for family or friends or anyone you might like to have be with you? Please let me know. We can make the Advantage tickets in anyone's name.
On a separate thought...I wondered if Sydney's skin hurts her? Can they use silvadine to help it heal, take any pain away? It helps for burn-type injuries. But there are interactions with some medications. Here is a website. I'm sure you all are way ahead of any thoughts I have.

Lynette, this is from my sweet friend, Donna Fletcher. She sent it today after reading James' email from 5/10. It totally lifted me and I know it will do the same for you!
Isaiah 40:28-31
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. HE will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and INCREASES THE POWER OF THE WEAK. Even youths grow tired and weary and young men stumble and fall; BUT THOSE WHO HOPE IN THE LORDGǪWILLGǪrenew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
The last part of James' email was significant. Let's agree for the Lord to boost them and bring under their wings the power to soar out of this valley. James and Lynette have stated it and clearly defined the need. Let's agree. We do walk by faith and not by sight.
Sydney will soar on wings like eagles; she will run and not grow weary, she will walk and not be faint. May they ride on the Spirit's wind. It reminds meGǪJohn 3:8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit. May the Holy Spirit, God's Spirit, be their strong wind of deliverance.
Let it be, Lord. Amen

James & Lynnette -
It is so wonderful for you to have your friend, Wendy, who keeps so many people updated, then so many other friends that you probably don't even know about passing those updates on. God's love has a ripple effect that is never-ending. There is an immeasurable amount of energy for you all coursing throughout the universe every day, through thought & prayer. Who knows to what unseen realms that love for Sydney & the two of you has reached! "Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there, if I make my bed in the depths, you are there." Psalm 139:7-8 Blessings & Love to you this day & always, Kim Brown Cain

Lynette and James, I read this today... I say to myself, "The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for Him." The Lord is good to Lynette and James because their hope is in Him and they seek Him, they wait for Him,it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord. Lam.3:24,25,26
You have our love and prayers, Susan and Steve

Sweet Lynette, As I wrote the prayer update tonight for our prayer warriors, I remembered your words that you encouraged all of us with on 11/12/06. I'm reminding you of them now and know the Lord will use them to minister to your spirit and tostrenghten you with His mighty right hand.
"He generally waits to send His help until the time of our greatest need, so that His hand will be plainly seen in our deliverance . . . so that we will not trust anything that we may see or feel, as we are so prone to do, but will place our trust solely on His Word--which we may always depend upon, no matter our circumstances. "
I love you! Wendy
