We pray for you many times throughout the day - we know God is with you and that He has blessed you with a wonderful family and loving friends. Good Morning Sweet Lynette,

As I was on my face praying for Sydney this morning, the Lord reminded me of Psalm 20:7

Some trust in chariots and some in horses [doctors and medicine] but we trust in the name of the Lord our God!

Remember, we do not worship a God of chances, statistics, percentages or probablilites! We serve a God who is sovereign over all and STILL delights to perform miracles and give good gifts to His children!

I haven't written you in awhile but my thoughts and prayers are with you throughout each day. Our family is praying consistently for Sydney's healing. I am most fervently praying that you all are resting in God's sovereignty and trusting His plan for Sydney. Lynette, I am also praying that He would give you an extra measure of strength and grace each day as you provide the daily care for your sweet patient. It is a privilege to bring Sydney and your family before the Lord. How precious to know He holds our prayers in golden bowls.

As I pray for you and Sydney this morning, I am amazed at God's unfailing presence. Thank you for the latest update. I pray that Sydney's fever is down by now and things are going smoothly as you two await surgery. The webcam--WOW. I know that must make your heart leap-just to be able to keep close to home while away. Please give Sydney a hug from me.

We enjoy seeing Jack at the torando soccer games. He is getting so big and handsome! He seems to be enjoying highschool! The Tornado team continues to include Sydney in our prayers.
