Lynette and James, Abbey came home yesterday and told us about Sydney's eyes, and that it was very important that we pray for her. She said that God had already done one miracle in helping Sydney not throw up with her medicine and that He might be ready to do another one. She wanted to make sure He didn't forget that Sydney needed His help. Oh to have the faith of a child. It amazes me to see how much they understand the nature of God as our Heavenly Father. Thank you so much for sharing your joys, fears, ups and downs, etc. with us through this website. We count it as a real blessing to be able to pray specifically for the needs and concerns of your family. Susan

Dear Sydney and parents,
My name is Aleks and I work at Watermark. I read your website and I am beyond touched at how brave you all are and how much faith you are walking in. What an example you are to me. I sit here in a sense of awe. Thank you for showing me a glimpse of our Jesus as I read your site. Hearing your story makes me yearn for Him. I am praying with you. -Aleks

Lynette, Sydney and Whole Thweatt Family,
I hope and pray this note finds you feeling happy and well today! I am in constant prayer for you all. I pray the Lord gives you peace when you are anxious, comfort when you are hurting, rest when you are tired, wisdom when you are searching and renewed faith when you are doubtful. May His loving arms surround you and hold you tight until this battle is over.
Anne misses Sydney so much! Her empty seat in the classroom is a constant reminder for her, and the entire class, to keep Sydney in the top of their minds and to pray for her daily. As you know, Mrs. Puckett moves the kids around so they sit next to different people every week or so... she moves Sydney around, too! Sydney used to be right in the middle of the class, but now she is, I think, on the back row with Anne...
We love you!!! Melinda
