It was wonderful news to read your updated letter. We know that the perfect donor will be found and that you will know where to take her for that part of her treatment. Her spirit continues to amaze us and we hope she continues to fight this battle with her spirit and faith. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family and Sydney. Love to all, Patty

Hey!
I just wanted to let you guys know that I have been praying for Sydney and your family. It sounds like she has a great attitude about things and she really depends on God! I know you don't really know me ,but i just wanted to let you know that my mom and I are praying for her! (Remember, God has a plan!)

Praise the Lord!! What great news for Sydney and a bone marrow match. I pray that all those needing a marrow match can find one. I love you and contunue to pray on your requests and over all the beautiful verses that so many have shared.

TO GUESTBOOK VISITORS:
I'd like to propose that you all go do what Roger and I did this morning: Visit your local Carter Blood Bank (there are plenty here in the Mertoplex) and get registered on the Marrow Bank Donor Registry. The cost is $25 and maybe 30 minutes of your time. They simply take a vial of blood and send you your profile within 4-6 wks, maybe sooner.

NOTE: You will be placed on the registry until you're 61 yrs old or when you ask to be removed. You may be contacted to CONSIDER donating to someone else who needs your match, but you are not under obligation.

***A bone marrow drive would cost $75 per registrant.***

Let's just take the time and do it through our local blood banks. You don't even need to make an appt!

When considering this step of faithful sacrifice, let's remember Christ's own sacrifice of His life -- of HIS BLOOD -- for our very souls. What a wonderful way to celebrate our own free gift of life through Christ Jesus!
