While we have been praying for Sydney and your family all along...we are on our knees before the Lord today as you move forward with the transplant. We too are praying for God's miracle. Love from Dallas, The Wagners

I read your post over and over and just refuse to believe it! Kelly and Charlie in San Antonio, and us Mechems here in Dallas are down on our knees fervently praying for the miracle to happen now!
In you, O Lord, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame; deliver me in your righteousness. Turn your ear to me, come quickly to my rescue; be my rock of refuge, a strong fortress to save me. Since you are my rock and my fortress, for the sake of your name lead and guide me. Free me from the trap that is set for me, for you are my refuge. Into your hands I commit my spirit; redeem me, O Lord, the God of truth. Psalm 31:1-5
With much love to you all!

To the family of Sydney,
You do not know me but I have visited the website that was set up to keep family and friends updated on Sydney's condition. I have prayed for Sydney over the past few months but I was saddened to see the posting of Gǣ11/20/2006Gǥ. I immediately went and got on my knees to pray for her. Glory to GOD.
Sincerely,
Cary

Dear Precious Thweatt Family,
I am praying for all of you throughout the days, and our family is praying together in the evenings. Especially for a miraculous healing for sweet Sydney. This seems like a horrible nightmare into which you have been thrown. Only Christ Jesus knows why and how this has happened. His plan is not for us to understand, only for us to follow in obedience. This is so hard, I know... May He bless you with peace and comfort, and a miraculous complete healing of Sydney. Much love, Melinda

I am another one of the anonymous friends that you have never met who have grown to love Sydney and your family. "Big Sydney" is a friend. Precious Sydney and your family have impacted more lives than you can possibly imagine. God is surely using you all to inspire and encourage in ways that are unfathomable to all but those who know that our God is an awesome God. And all things (including miracles) are possible through Him. Our families prayers are with all of you daily. Love and courage to you.

Hey Miss Sydney,
You don't know me but I have know your wonderful mother since she was a little girl in Midland, Tx. Your granddaddy took care of my teeth and both my daughters were at Providence.
I just wanted you to know what a joy it is to be praying for you. Not only have we been praying for you as a family, but my mother in Midland and her friends are praying for you, and I have friends that don't even know you that are praying for you. God is pouring His Love for you into hearts everywhere.
Today I'm praying with a whole new group at 3:00 and then again at 5:00 for you.
You are so loved my precious one, and I am honored to have you on my heart.
In Christ,
Mrs. Ross (Laulie LaForce Ross)

GǣChristians with the most spiritual depth are generally those who have been taken through the most intense and deeply anguishing fires of the soul. If you have been praying to know more of Christ, do not be surprised if He leads you through the desert or through a furnace of pain. For it is those who suffer the most who yield the most. And it is through pain that God gets the most out of us, for His glory and for the blessing of others.Gǥ - L.B. Cowman

Lisa is a friend of mine (fellow volunteer at Scottish Rite Hospital) and as she is away from her computer today she asked that I check in with your web page and report to her by phone. I just gave her a report. Know that both of our prayers and thoughts are with you and your sweet daughter. May God grant without measure his grace and strength to all of you.

Dear Thweatt family, Janice and I remember you often in our prayers. As humans we don't always understand God's purpose, but rest assured He does have a purpose for Sydney' situation. The updates that you give encourages me and increases my faith. Keep your eyes on the Lord, He will help all of you through this difficult time. Mark & Janice Bailey
