As we sit here reading everyone's prayers for Sydney, we are reminded how powerful Christ truly is. What a remarkable testament for such a young life and a sweet blessing for the rest of your family to treasure. We know that He is sovreign and His timing is perfect--although we may not understand just now. When we see Sydney in Heaven--how wonderful it will be to see the people she led to Christ through her story and life. Our family mourns with you, prays for you and rejoices in Sydney's first night in Heaven.
In His love, Taylor, Jennifer, Colin, Emily, Sarah and Mary

Hello Thweatt Family, We are a new Providence Family and have heard of Sydney since arriving at the school. We just want you know we are so very heart broken for your family, but so very happy that Sydney is with Jesus. No more pain, no more tests, just pure JOY! We will pray for you, your boys and all of your family. We have heard how very many lives Sydney has touched - beyond what any of us could hope for in a lifetime. May God be glorified and may He hold you all so close and comfort you for He is there!

Thweatt Family- I've never met your family, but I have prayed for your sweet Sydney for many months as I have followed her blog consistently. I have shed many tears of sadness over your hard journey, but now I shed tears of joy as she is no longer suffering. May God give you peace and comfort that only He can give as you live on with this loss. Lots of prayers from Michigan coming your way!

We have never met, but I have prayed for your family for many months. I share your loss for a sweet girl who struggled so well for being so young. I cried when I read the news, but I know Sydney is home in a new body free from pain and full of holiness. The three of you encouraged me in how you endured, and held on to the faith and hope that only our Jesus can give. I offer my condolensces and prayers as you grieve and do know that you have shown strength and courage to so many people.

I taught Jack to row in a quad, if he still remembers me. I never met Sydney. But she has been such a positive influence on my life. She was so brave, and that helped me in my times of fear. She is truly an angel.

Thweatt Family,
Our heartfelt sympathies are with you and your family at this terrible time. Just know that we are all praying for you especially, Lynette since you have been with her constantly since the beginning.
Sydney is now sitting on the lap of Jesus without pain. Yes, it will be a short time until we can meet her in Heaven.
