Hi, Julie Miller emailed me and asked me to Pray for Sydney. I am praying and wanted to let her and her family know that they and she are in my thoughts and prayers.

Lynette & James,
What a blessing to read that you were all at home!But even more of a blessing is your testimony that God is indeed with you and will get you through. Lynette, your BSF group continues to pray for you and your family, and we will miss you terribly this Wednesday, but you will be present in spirit with us. We send our love, our prayers, and our trust in God for you and precious Sydney. Thank you for giving us specific ways to pray.
May God continue to heal Sydney and comfort and encourage your family.

Praise the Lord that you were able to enjoy the weekend in your home. We will be lifting Sydney up in prayer on Monday for the procedure. I am so touched by all the precious guestbook entries. So many people love you all and prayer is contagious! What an awesome network God has at a moments notice. We praise the Lord for all the ways He is strengthening all the Thweatts.

Dear Lynette and James:
Myna told me a few days ago about Sydney. I am shocked and so sorry to hear about this illness. I will put her name on my bible study's prayer list.
I have been knitting a periwinkle blue prayer shawl, it is not as long as an adult would need, but probably a good size for a little girl. These shawls are warm and cozy. I thought I would take it to bible study so we can all pray over it for Sydney. I want her covered in prayers while she goes through chemo which makes you cold. At least this is what my friends say who have gone thru chemo.
Let me know if you would like for me to bring you this prayer shawl, I can finish it in the next few days. I have to finish by early June because I will be getting my left knee replaced and won't be leaving the house for two months. I can get my email and would love to know how little Sydney is doing. I will be praying daily.

I have been anxiously awaiting your update on Sydney and if you were able to take her home for the weekend. That is great news and while this week will bring on new challenges, Sydney will be strong to handle what is presented to her. Children often have more faith than us and that is what will get you through this week. Please keep us all posted on the bone marrow donor information. I stand ready to go and be tested as well. My love to you, Laynette,Sydney and the boys! James, Ash, Cameron and Victoria and I pray for her complete recovery. We love all of you. Patty

My mother was just diagnosed with myeloma and is beginning treatment this week. We are so thankful for a loving Father that gives us just what we need and hopefully the perspective to see it His way.

Thank you for the update on Sydney and your prayer requests. On this beautiful Sabbath day we give thanks to God for bringing peace to your heart and for quieting your heart. When reading Psalm 57:1,2 I think of you and Lynette.... Be gracious to me, O God, be gracious to me, For my soul takes refuge in Thee; And in the shadow of Thy wings I will take refuge, u+ntil destruction passes by. I will cry to God Most High, To God who accomplishes all things for me.... Just as you wrote today, God in His faithfulness and lovingkindness will take you to the other side.
