Our hearts ache with you.
Clayton remembers being with Sydney in Peggy Dauster's class. When we talked about our memories he said "I remember Sydney, she was very smart and always smilng." What a terrific way to be remembered!
She will always be in our hearts.
Love,
Gina Lu and Scott Petty

Dear Lynette and James, I am so saddened by your tremendous loss. I am praying for you continually throughout the day. Even though I have never met your sweet family, I feel as I know you all from praying for over a year. Sydney touched my life and I am so deeply sad. Praying for you, Shareese Rowland

From the moment our sister Jackie Thompson and brother-in-law John Thompson told us about Little Sydney we loved her and that love has grown over the last several months with each story of her strength and courage. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. May God Bless you. Rod & Sherry Richey

You don't know me, I'm a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Paradise. I heard about Sydney through our prayer chain and I just wanted to let you know I have been praying for you. I wish I could have met Sydney. She sounds like such a wonderful child! May God continue to wrap his arms around you and comfort you during this time. God bless you!

We have prayed for you all this past year and a half and were so sad to read about sweet little Sydney yesterday morning. I know you may not remember us from Providence , but we have come to love and care about your whole family and have felt very honored to be able to be a part of your lives through prayer these many months. We will keep praying for you all, lifting you up to the One who loves you best. There is no way to count the number of lives that have been affected by you both, Sydney, the boys and your whole family, although of course, we had truly hoped for her to be able to stay here with you all for much longer. Our deepest sympathies to you all, and sincere love and caring for your whole family.
Love, Lauren, Todd, Jacob, Benjamin and Zachary Hickerson

My heart aches for you, yet I cannot begin to fathom what you are going through. We shall continue to pray for your family.
"WHO will give me tears ? Come, all ye springs, Dwell in my head and eyes ; come, clouds and rain ; My grief hath need of all the watery things That nature hath produced : let every vein [drink] up a river to supply mine eyes, My weary weeping eyes, ..." [from "GRIEF" by George Herbert]
Yet, praise be to God because Sydney has completed both parts of her two-fold journey: she has glorified God, and now she will enjoy him forever.
