Sweet Sydney, Keep fighting! You'll be feeling well enough to celebrate soon! I am thankful that the doctors are able to treat the lung disease and I pray that you'll be back on your feet in no time. Rest in the loving arms of Jesus for now, sweet one. He will sustain you and hold you while you heal.

Dear Sydney & Family, I hate that you are suffering and I wish I could stop it right this day. I know that you must feel the love and prayers that are sent your way so hold on to that to keep you strong. I am praying for you everyday. Love, Ms. Nancy

Dearest Thweatt Family,
I have anxiously been waiting for the latest update on Syndey's progress. It hurts to hear that she is in pain. I pray for her pain to go away. She sleeps and at least she is not in pain while she rests. I know her physical therapy hurts, yet she knows this is something she has to do, even at this young age. I pray the physical therapy becomes easier each day for her and that her strength grows each day. I also pray the fever disappears as quickly as it came and that her appetite resumes. I pray that God continues to comfort her in her pain and that you both keep your faith strong. There continues to be no rhyme or reason for this horrible process, but God has a plan that we all search for. I thank God each day for Sydney's life, and for the parents she was given on this earth. You are both so special. May God stay close to you all during the dark days and comfort you. We are all praying for you back home in Texas. We love you all, Patty

Our prayers are with Sydney, you and all your family. I just found out about Sydney's illness and will spread the word here in Amarillo, where you will all be added to prayer lists. Will continue to read updates. And to Lynette...I am sure you don't remember me, but my brother was Billy Mayo. And he and Verna are among the angels watching over you and your family. Love and prayers to you, Cathy~~~

Hi Lynette, I thought of you immediately as I read this passage. You are truly living this out in your powerful example and witness to all those around you. It is such a beautiful visual of your ministry there. Read it aloud to Sydney. I think she'll love it! Keep being Christ's example in loving the lost who are all around you!
"But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place.
For we are a fragrance of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing; to the one an aroma from death to death, to the other an aroma from life to life And who is adequate for these things?
For we are not like many, peddling the word of God, but as from sincerity, but as from God, we speak in Christ in the sight of God."
2 Cor 2:14-17
Love Wendy
